EIRE Systems was appointed as the deskside and infrastructure support vendor by a global pharmaceutical company with 5,000 users across Japan in over 70 locations. This Managed Service is provided using a team of approximately 20 support personnel providing Level 1 and Level 2 deskside support, infrastructures (server and network) support, project management for ongoing IT projects including new technology rollouts and upgrades (i.e. Windows 10, iPad rollouts), as well as the operation of a user walk-in tech support center. The team is managed by EIRE Systems’ onsite operations manager as well as team leaders for the different IT disciplines.
This Managed Service ensure that our client receives predictable levels of support per a defined SOW, without worrying about headcount, with the service being scaled to provide additional (or reduced) support as project or support needs fluctuate, providing a cost efficient and reliable solution for our client.
