EIRE Systems is the primary provider of data center operations support to a large US investment bank with multiple data centers across the APAC region. Using a team of approximately 20 support staff, the services provided include:
- Ready for Business support
- Mechanical and Electrical operational co-ordination and communication support
- Break-fix support for Telco team and others
- Tape handling and management
- Server IMAC support
- Network device IMAC support
- Access control and security management
- Rack allocation and DC space management
- Patching and patch management
- Troubleshooting
- Capacity planning
- Inventory management including disposal support for DC assets
- Vendor co-ordination and escorting
- Annual power down support
- Data center process review
- Documentation and reporting
- Standardization / harmonization between sites and adherence with global standards
- Level 1 support of BCP/DR
- Invoice processing and Maintenance Workbook management
- Other related tasks that may be requested by our client
